Desert Rise Real Estate LLC is a Dubai brokerage headquartered at Office 901, DAMAC XL Tower, Business Bay — in the middle of the city's business district, and in the middle of its property market.
We built Desert Rise on a simple frustration: too much of Dubai real estate runs on hype. Inflated promises, unverifiable numbers, listings that don't exist. Our answer is in our tagline — "We don't sell dreams, we sell reality." Real properties, real prices, real data from the Dubai Land Department, and honest advice even when it costs us a sale.
We help buyers, sellers and investors across Dubai's prime communities — Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Village Circle and Dubai South. Our work covers ready property, off-plan launches from developers such as Azizi and BNW, and Golden Visa–eligible investments for international clients buying from Canada, the USA, the UK and Bangladesh.

Riazul Islam Fihan founded Desert Rise Real Estate with a conviction that Dubai's property market rewards honesty at scale. We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, discuss properties or the Virtual Agent Program with you, and — where you agree — send relevant property updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your details may be shared within Desert Rise Real Estate and, where a transaction requires it, with the Dubai Land Department, developers, and legal representatives involved in your transaction — and only to the extent necessary.
You may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and request correction or deletion, by emailing care@desertriseuae.com. We respond within 30 days.
This website uses only essential cookies required for it to function, plus anonymous analytics that do not identify individual visitors.
Enquiry and application details are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can pick up the conversation you started. After that they are deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
